Adult Boot Camp:


The adult bootcamp involves high intensity training sessions. All sessions are structured utilizing proper movement prep, interval training, core exercises, mobility work,strength training and metabolic circuits to help you burn fat quickly!. APT coaches will focus on proper lift technique and create a fast-paced exercise environment to get the most out of your training routine.

Equipment used:

Med balls, kettle bells, sleds, ropes, dumbbells, ploy boxes and more.

Our adult boot camp includes:

– 1 on 1 Movement evaluation, medical history review and goals analysis
– High intensity training sessions
– Professional coaching
– Nutrition, rest and recovery manual

Summer Schedule:

July 3rd – August 31st

Monday 6:15am and 12pm
Wednesday 6:15am and 12pm
Friday 6:15am and 12pm
Saturday 9am
Duration: 60 minutes
