How our system works:

Ages 14+

APT provides off-season and in-season programs to our athletes.Before training one of our performance specialists review your medical history, past injuries, sport of choice and your specific goals. Once we have received a valid movement and performance profile a individualized training program can be created to fit your personal profile.

Our performance training program includes:

– 1 on 1 Movement evaluation
– 1 on 1 Performance evaluation
– 1 on 1 Goals analysis
– Performance training program
– Professional coaching
– Nutrition, rest and recovery manual

Performance Training:

The performance training program will incorporate expertise in periodization, exercise selection, injury prevention, recovery, and nutrition to create a faster and stronger athlete who will operate efficiently. The performance training program will be comprised of phases that drive specific adaptations.

Spring Training Schedule:

Dates: March 13th – May 26th
Weeks: 10
Days: To be determined after we complete our 1 on 1 evaluation
Times: 2:30pm, 3:45pm and 5:00pm
