Adult Training Options

Individualized Training: This training is great for the individual that may have had previous injuries, current injuries, any limitations, or would like to have a program designed for their specific needs. Our staff caters to that individual by creating a very individualized program to help them reach their goals. We continue to track your progress throughout each program. This training takes place within the general fitness time slots; however you will have your own specific program.

General Fitness Training: This type of training is great for people who are motivated and enjoy training with company. The coach guides you series of exercises and workouts while you hold yourself accountable. This type of training is great for the individual who wants to drop by for a guaranteed great workout.

Athletic Foundation

Ages 12–14

APT programs cater to all sports and skill levels. The concept of the Athletic Foundation Program is to provide our athletes with a great foundation to build off of for years to come. The program will enhance their athleticism and prevent injuries while improving functional movement and functional performance (speed, conditioning, power, and agility.

Metabolic Class

The Metabolic Class involves high intensity training sessions. All sessions are structured utilizing proper movement prep, interval training, core exercises, mobility work, strength training and metabolic circuits to help you burn fat quickly! APT coaches will focus on proper lift technique and create a fast-paced exercise environment to get the most out of your training routine.

Performance Training NESV

APT programs include all sports and skill levels. The concept of the Middle School Program is to provide our athletes with a great foundation to build off of for years to come. The program will enhance their athleticism and prevent injuries while improving functional movement and functional performance (speed, conditioning, power, and agility.

Youth Fundamental NESV

APT provides children the opportunity to get started in the right direction in a FUN and educational environment. A common emerging trend with many youth organizations is the demand for youth development that improves functional movement and functional performance (speed, conditioning, power, and agility). APT creates training programs that emphasizes body awareness and control that can be utilized in all sports.
