APT April Vacation On & Off Ice Development

April 16th – 19th

The On - Ice program will work on skating stride, edge work, shooting, stick handling and passing.

The Off-Ice program will consist of foam rolling, joint mobility, activation exercises, dynamic warm up, plyometrics, speed development and resistance training.
