Creating a Performance Profile: $75

A performance evaluation is comprised of multiple physical tests that identify a specific component of an athlete’s athleticism. The components being evaluated are speed, strength, power, agility, and endurance. At the end of testing, the athlete’s results will be compared with teammates as well as national averages for each age group.

Why We Create a Baseline:

For the athlete it is a chance to show their specific skills as well as identify baseline measurements that can be used to pinpoint any area that need to be improved upon. The data received during the performance evaluation can be used to help each athlete set precise goals during their training.
