Semi Private Training

Ages 15+

This program will exploit any limitations a athlete may have, starting with a comprehensive movement assessment/screen and performance evaluation. The testing results will be used to create an individualized program that offers each athletes the ability to focus on what they need physically and mentally to compete at a higher level. Our development model allows for total transparency. The comprehensive program will allow athletes to set specific goals and monitor their progress as the program unfolds. Programs will utilize several methods to attain the desired adaptations..

How our system works:

Before training one of our performance specialists will review your medical history, past injuries, sport of choice and your specific goals. Once we have received a valid movement and performance profile a individualized training program can be created to fit your personal profile.

Days: To be determined after our 1 on 1 evaluation
College Times: 4:40pm and 5pm
High School Times: 4:20pm, 4:40pm and 5pm

Middle School Training

Ages 12 – 13

APT programs include all sports and skill levels. The concept of the Middle School Program is to provide our athletes with a great foundation to build off of for years to come. The program will enhance their athleticism and prevent injuries while improving functional movement and functional performance (speed, conditioning, power, and agility.

Our training program includes :

– Movement Evaluation

– Performance Evaluation

– Professional Coaching

Days: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 2:45pm and 3:45pm

Youth Training

Ages 8 – 11

APT provides children the opportunity to get started in the right direction in a FUN and educational environment. APT creates training programs that emphasizes body awareness and control that can be utilized in all sports.

Program design:

– Body weight resistance training

– Pulling, pushing, squatting, crawling and rolling

– Jumping, skipping, running and decelerating
