Performance Training

Ages 14+

Before training one of our performance specialists review your medical history, past injuries, sport of choice and your specific goals. Once we have received a valid movement and performance profile a individualized training program can be created to fit your personal profile.

Our training program includes :

– 1 on 1 Movement evaluation
– 1 on 1 Performance evaluation
– 1 on 1 Goals analysis
– Performance training program
– Professional coaching
– Nutrition, rest and recovery manual

Training Schedule:

Dates: June 26th – August 31st
Weeks: 10
Days: To be determined after our 1 on 1 evaluation
College Times: 6:30am,4:30pm and 6pm
High School Times: 8:00am, 9:30am ,4:30pm and 6pm

Middle School Training

Ages 12 – 13

APT programs include all sports and skill levels. The concept of the Middle School Program is to provide our athletes with a great foundation to build off of for years to come. The program will enhance their athleticism and prevent injuries while improving functional movement and functional performance (speed, conditioning, power, and agility.

Our training program includes :

– Movement Evaluation

– Performance Evaluation

– Professional Coaching

Training Schedule:

Dates: June 26th – August 31st
Weeks: 10
Days: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 9:30am and 3pm

Attleboro 2 – Day Middle School

Youth Training

Ages 8 – 11

APT provides children the opportunity to get started in the right direction in a FUN and educational environment. APT creates training programs that emphasizes body awareness and control that can be utilized in all sports.

Program design:

– Body weight resistance training

– Pulling, pushing, squatting, crawling and rolling

– Jumping, skipping, running and decelerating

Benefits:

– Build Confidence

– Decrease risk of non-contact injuries

– Increase overall athletic ability and performance

– Educate athletes on living a healthy lifestyle (nutrition, rest and recovery)
