Semi Private Training Times:

Monday 6:15am, 3:00pm and 6:00pm

Tuesday 6:15am, 3:00pm and 5:00pm

Wednesday  3:00pm and 6:00pm

Thursday 6:15am 3:00pm and 5:00pm

Friday  3:00pm and 5:00pm

Metabolic Class Times:

Tuesday 6:00pm

Thursday 6:00pm

 

Enrollment:

Enrollment runs from March 25th to April 7th. The Challenge will start
Monday, April 8th
