Individualized Training: This training is great for the individual that may have had previous injuries, current injuries, any limitations, or would like to have a program designed for their specific needs. Our staff caters to that individual by creating a very individualized program to help them reach their goals. We continue to track your progress throughout each program. This training takes place within the general fitness time slots; however you will have your own specific program.
General Fitness Training: This type of training is great for people who are motivated and enjoy training with company. The coach guides you series of exercises and workouts while you hold yourself accountable. This type of training is great for the individual who wants to drop by for a guaranteed great workout.
