Semi Private Training Times:

Monday 6:15am, 6:45am, 7:15am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm & 5:15pm

Tuesday 7:00am, 9:00am, 9:30am & 6:15pm

Wednesday 7:15am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm & 5:15pm

Thursday 7:00am, 9:00am, 9:30am & 6:15pm

Friday 6:15am, 6:45am, 7:15am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm & 5:15pm

Metabolic Class Training Times:

Tuesday 6:15pm

Wednesday 6:15am

Thursday  6:15pm

Saturday 9:00am

Enrollment:

Enrollment runs from March 18th to March 31st. The Challenge will start
Monday, April 1st
