This new APT training group will focus on building maximum strength through barbell lifts. Over the course of 12 weeks, clients will see progression in intensity and exercise selection. They will also learn to complete the three main movements, Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to competition standard.

- Hand on professional coaching
- 3 Training sessions a week
- Heavy emphasis on barbell movements
- 60 - 75 Minute class time
