Athletic Foundation

Ages 12–13

APT programs include all sports and skill levels. The concept of the Athletic Foundation Program is to provide our athletes with a great foundation to build off of for years to come. The program will enhance athleticism and prevent injuries while improving functional movement and functional performance speed, conditioning, power, and agility.

Training Schedule:

March 19th – May 31st

Weeks: 10
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Times: 4:00pm or  5:00 pm
2-Days a week $159 a month
3 -Day a week $225 a month
