Semi-Private training is great for friends, co workers and adult teams! Groups are limited to no more than 4 participants.Semi-Private training offers the best of both worlds, individualized training in a group setting.
Before training one of our world class coaches will perform a movement evaluation and review your medical history, past injuries, training history and your specific goals. Once we have received a valid movement profile and medical history a semi custom training program can be created to fit your personal profile.

Creating a movement profile:
A movement evaluation is a simple and effective way to rank movement patterns that are key to normal function. By evaluating these patterns, limitations and asymmetries become exploited. Our performance specialists can use the results to create a corrective strategy to help restore your fundamental strategies in body awareness.The evaluation will give valid information to help create optimal training programs that prevent injuries and reach your fitness goals.The initial evaluation would be referenced throughout the program to track progress on an individualized basis.
