APT has trained hundreds of college athletes in the last 12 years. You have the option to choose between getting programming written from the APT staff or receive coaching on your current college training program.

Training Variables Include: Strength, Speed, Power, Endurance and Agility
Other Variables: Nutrition, Recovery, Sleep Habits, and Overall Healthy Habits

Schedule:

Monday 10am or between the hours of 2:30pm – 6:00pm

Tuesday 10am or between the hours of 2:30pm – 7:00pm

Wednesday Off

Thursday 10am or between the hours of 3:30pm – 7:00pm

Friday 10am or between the hours of 2:30pm – 6:00pm
