Youth FUNdamental Training:
APT (ages 8-11) provides children the opportunity to get started in the right direction. Athletes and all children will benefit from a structured program that address the fundamentals of form running,exercise technique,change in direction drills,speed and agility and body control. Our Youth Fundamental Program meets twice a week, for one hour a day.
