Youth FUNdamental Training:

Ages 8-11 years old

APT provides children the opportunity to get started in the right direction. Athletes and all children will benefit from a structured program that address the fundamentals of form running,change in direction drills,speed and agility and body control. Our Youth Fundamental Program meets twice a week, for one hour a day.

and may improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels
improves strength and endurance,

Winter Program:

Winter 2 Day Training Program (8 weeks)
December 3rd – January 30th
Wednesday & Friday 5:15-6:15PM
