Youth FUNdamental Training:

APT (ages 8-11) provides children the opportunity to get started in the right direction. Athletes and all children will benefit from a structured program that address the fundamentals of form running, injury prevention, speed, agility, and flexibility. Our Youth Fundamental Program meets twice a week, for one hour a day.

Exercise Technique,Change in Direction Drills,Speed and Agility and Body Control Benefits

helps build healthy bones and muscles

increases self-esteem,
and may improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels
